Below are key questions about anxiety and it's causes that you should know about. When you experience an anxiety attack it can get pretty intense. In this article I'll raise the question to you with some choices and then have the answer for you to follow.

The type of people that experience anxiety attacks are:
a) Anyone that works in stressful situations,
b) People that are always controlling,
c) Anyone.

The correct answer here is "c". Sure any normal person can experience an anxiety attack. Everyone has their own life and their own problems. As we all know, our problems are our own and everything is relevant. Whether you missed dinner one night or going through a divorce, your body will react to the stressor some how.

Also, you should know while anyone can get an anxiety attack, many don't get help either. Which leads us to our next question....

When I get an anxiety attack it's best to:
a) Identify and deal with your concerns
b) Fight to ignore the symtoms,
c) Overreact and flip out.

The answer here is "a". You want to identify what's bothering you and deal with it. In my experience, If you fight to ignore the symptoms, the feelings only get more intense and harder to deal with. If you decide not to deal with your issues, the fear becomes too strong and you could become unproductive and not be able to do your daily activities, such as work.

It's important to get to the root of the issue and know what is triggering your anxiety. Keep in mind that, anything can trigger an attack. Such as a failing marriage or loss of a loved one.

The best route to take when dealing with anxiety is:
a) Admit you lost control of your life and not want to,
b) Put things in perspective and move forward,
c) Live with the fear and not deal with it.

The answr here is "b". The first thing you want to do is put your worry and fear into perpective. For example, do you need to deal with it now(i.e. drop everything)? Is your fear something you can control? Some can't move past these event's. You don't want to live in fear all of your life so you should seek help. There is nothing wrong with wanting to deal with your aniety and panic attacks.

Even though you know the answers to some anxiety questions, you should always research and keep on top of it. Also, if you feel you need to, you should see a doctor and work with them. However, there are many programs and things you can do naturally to help you cope with anxiety.
